Incident #2018-3413 Had a partial power outage that affected ┐ of our WWTP plant on June 2nd at 5:03 am. The generator failed to fully engage leaving a portion of the plant without power. Upon arrival to check the plant (5:35 am) was able to bring power to the full plant and contacted FPL to restore power (online outage report). After inspecting the plant, noticed a drop in residual below the 0.5 mg/L on the EFA-1 effluent. At the moment the plant effluent was fully going to restricted access sites. Since the power to the pumps already had been restored it was a matter of restoring a residual so we could be back in compliance. The time since the residual went down until it was restored was around 67 minutes (6:18 am to 7:25am) at total of around 280,000 gallons. The non-compliance was contained to our RIB Sites and restricted access site. 06/04/2018 08:26 EDT Wastewater Treatment Plant #1 ; Palm Coast FL; 32137 Flagler Danny Ashburn Manager of Wastewater Operations dashburn@palmcoastgov.com (386) 986-2370 Operator Of the Facility Danny Ashburn (386) 986-2370 dashburn@palmcoastgov.com 29.54889 -81.207713 06/02/2018 06:20 EDT No 06/02/2018 07:25 EDT Incident Location
