This is very Important and URGENT! Unless, your facility is using as a UO Transfer Station (Total Storage Capacity Less than 25,000 gallons and Transferring in Less than 35 days).  

Please see my e-mail below and respond ASAP to Tor Bejnar, to meet FA in solid Waste Section ASAP.

Also, I have not received the revised or updated estimate from last year amount of $49,776.00 with an inflation factor of 1.01 for this year 2011, ASAP.

The due date to submit the revised estimate was March 31, 2011. Please comply at once and contact Tor Bejnar .

If you have any questions, please let me know ASAP.

Hello Steve,

I have received your revised closure cost estimates for the Year 2010-2011for your facility today and reviewed and approved for the submitted amount $49,776.

Please contact Tor Bejnar in solid waste section to comply with FA requirement with DEP Rule 62-710.800(6) F.A.C. by on or before May 1, 2010 to avoid the C&E penalties.
