I have two more items to
complete, which involves copying our facility logs and some manifests. I am
shooting for getting that in the mail on Monday the 14th.
Best regards,

The Number for the FDEP should
be (561)681-6600, that ids the main day time line, the emergency response
number you have listed is correct. Just change that number and this contact
list is ready for distribution to local authorities and submittal to us, as
well. Thanks for your cooperation with this issue, I need to check to see if
you still owe us anything besides proof of distribution of the updated
Contingency Plan info. I will get back to you on that.

Yeah, we have gotten that
response from a lot of facility but unfortunately it is required under the
Contingency Plan rules for a used oil processor; which you are notified as
based on your capacity alone. The citation is 40 CFR Part 279.52(b)(2)(iv). I
should hope that those who would be able to review such information, i.e. your
employees, local authorities, and regulatory authorities could be trusted not
to use this information in an inappropriate manner. Please update the emergency
number page per the citation and resubmit for approval before distribution.

I would be happy to oblige, but
neither of these people would like to have their home address in the plan and
are challenging the requirement. Would you mind if we did not include home
addresses, or would you please forward the citation that requires
inclusion. Many thanks.

Steve

Still have to include the
primary and secondary EC’s home addresses. If you make that change, then the
rest looks good. Please be sure to do this before distributing. Thanks, Kathy

This is great expect you should
have the primary and secondary emergency coordinators at the top of this list
with contact information for them. i.e. cell phone numbers and home address.
Please revise and distribute. Send me a copy of the revised pages and then just
the certified mail receipts when you receive them. Thanks for moving on this
quick and it was good seeing you again.
