OCU SWRF 9-13-17 Contact Chamber The SWRF's Chlorine Contact Chamber overflowed through a spillway and unchlorinated, treated facility effluent (unchlorinated reclaimed water) entered the south storm water pond. The retention pond did not overflow; the pond water level was (and remains) 3 feet lower than the pond outfall invert elevation. Therefore, no discharge flowed into Shingle Creek. Approximately 352,500 gallons of unchlorinated reclaimed water was discharged, and 400,000 gallons was recovered from the storm water retention system. 09/14/2017 05:38 PM OCU South Water Reclamation Facility 4760 Sand Lake Road; Orlando FL; 32819 Orange Laura Woodbury Sr. Engineer, Field Services laura.woodbury@ocfl.net (407) 836-6826 Sr. Eng., Field Services Mark Robinson, Assistant Manager, WRD (407) 254-9977 Mark.robinson@ocfl.net 28.44885 -81.439469 09/13/2017 09:00 PM No 09/14/2017 08:45 AM N Incident Location
