Incident Description: On 5/2/23 at 7:32 PM, our LPS on-call technician was notified of sewer water bubbling up in right of way. Technion responded and found ARV had been ran over by a vehicle. He was able to partially close the ball valve to minimize the flow. The On-Call foreman was contacted, and a pump truck was dispatched out. Once the pump truck arrived, rock and mud were cleaned out of the hole, allowing the valve to be completely shut. Leak ceased at 8:20 PM. ARV was repaired, and swale was cleaned up. Approximately 150 gallons was spilled with 120 gallons recovered. The other 30 gallons not recovered had percolated into the affected ground before cleanup began. No storm drains or waterways were affected.
