22357 Elmira Blvd Incident Description: On 5/2/23 at 7:32 PM, our LPS on-call technician was notified of sewer water bubbling up in right of way. Technion responded and found ARV had been ran over by a vehicle. He was able to partially close the ball valve to minimize the flow. The On-Call foreman was contacted, and a pump truck was dispatched out. Once the pump truck arrived, rock and mud were cleaned out of the hole, allowing the valve to be completely shut. Leak ceased at 8:20 PM. ARV was repaired, and swale was cleaned up. Approximately 150 gallons was spilled with 120 gallons recovered. The other 30 gallons not recovered had percolated into the affected ground before cleanup began. No storm drains or waterways were affected. 1498 SW Edinburgh Dr. WP-44 On 05/2/2023 at 9:26pm staff responded to a call for a sanitary sewer overflow from a Lift Station located at 1498 SW Edinburgh Dr. Upon arrival staff noticed untreated raw sewage escaping from the Lift Station at approximately 875gpm. The initial inspection discovered that the main breaker in the control panel was tripped causing the SSO. One (1) vacuum pumper truck was dispatched to clean up the standing water from the grassy area and the spill ceased at 9:55pm. Approximately 875 gallons of untreated raw sewage spilled on the grassy area and Approximately 87.5 gallons percolated into the soil or 10% and the vacuum pumper truck were used to recovered approximately 787.5 gallons from the grassy area. The area was washed down with the vacuum pumper truck and 20 pounds of lime was spread to disinfect the affected areas. 1508, 1400, 1212 Islamorada Blvd on 4/30/23 at 10:50 AM an overflowing manhole was reported to Gravity on-call. Technician arrived and found lift station #403 was not running. On-call Foreman was notified, and pump truck and lift station technician was dispatched. Upon arrival, Foreman checked station and found 2 legs on incoming power to out. Lee county Electrical was notified and pump truck stated pulling from wet-well to minimize overflow. Additional pump truck was called in to start cleanup and spread lime on affected area. Storm drain was cleaned, and lime was spread in and around it as well. LCEC arrived and restored power. Overflow was ceased at 2:00 PM. Approximately 5,400 gallons was spilled with 4,500 gallons recovered. Joshua Rosado (Lantower Westshore) Residential Property by the name of Lantower Westshore at 4504 W Spruce St. Tampa, FL. 33607. Experienced a lift station waster water discharge that happened on Wednesday 04/26/23 around 5 am. Discharge stopped at 8:45 am when the lift station services arrived on the scene, they also did a pump out and clean out.
