Academic, Environmental and Outdoor Village

The Academic, Environmental, and Outdoor Village is an environmentally sustainable project undertaken by the City of Pembroke Pines to provide educational opportunities for the community as well as protect and preserve the natural ecosystem. Planted and recruited native plant species provide habitat for a variety of faunal species, including a number of state and federally listed species. There is A wide variety of wetland dependent avian species.
