
Kiplinger Tract
Kiplinger is a 150-acre natural area located along the South Fork of the Saint Lucie River. The property includes a mosaic of different habitats including scrub, pine flatwoods, depression marsh, bay-gall and tidal swamp. Martin County is currently in the process of developing amenities for Kiplinger Park including a parking area, pavilions, a nature trail and boardwalk system. This trail system includes a boardwalk down to the South Fork of the St. Lucie River where manatees, wading birds, osprey and bald eagles can be seen.
