Wild Turkey Stand Preserve

Wild Turkey Strand Preserve is a 2,600 acre preserve located in central Lee County, Florida. Plant communities which host state and federally protected species include, hydric and mesic pine flatwoods, freshwater marshes, wet prairie, cypress domes, and disturbed land including improved pasture, ditches and power lines. Future public infrastructure will include boardwalks and observation platforms, unpaved hiking trails, informational kiosks, and parking.
