Helene Klein Pineland Preserve

This is a 13 acre site composed of an abundance of slash pines with a combination of cypress swamp and two small marl prairies. Scattered throughout the open canopy of the flatwoods community are tall slash pines intermixed with a thick understory of saw palmetto. Site amenities include seating areas, a covered picnic table, interpretive signage, and a covered overlook connected to a concrete/boardwalk nature trail.
