Canopy Shores Park

Canopy Shores Park is a 33-acre parcel located along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway in the Shores Community along Christina Drive adjacent to the Riverview Club in St. Johns County. The park affords the visitor many opportunities to enjoy nature under the large oak hammock canopy, thus getting its name Canopy Shores Park. Phase I improvements in the park includes a 1.5 mile loop paved trail for walking, biking and bird watching, ample parking, restroom facilities and a covered pavilion with picnic tables. Mutt Mitts are provided for those guests who like to walk with their canine companions. Additional improvements will consist of trail fitness equipment, educational signage, a boardwalk with scenic overlook and a canoe/kayak platform.
