Paleo Hammock Preserve
The Preserve is a good representation of the isolated prairie hammocks more commonly found north of the Everglades Region. Two miles of nature trails wind through the120 acre site where unusual mixes of temperate and tropical plants occur. The largest Simpson's Stopper in the United States is present in one of the hammocks.
