Matanzas Estuary Geopark

Located in the Town of Marineland, the park is comprised of two islands, Mellon Island and Jordan Island. The park is managed by the state park system through the staff of Washington Oaks Gardens and Faver-Dykes State Parks. It is accessible by boat only and offers primitive camping, picnicking, and nature trails. Access is available from any of the launch ramps found along the 50 mile stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway north and south of the park. Public access to the park is designed for small boats, canoes and kayaks that can be pulled up onto the beach. The address provided is for the River to Sea Preserve in Marineland.
