Key West Tropical Forest and Botanical Garden

Established in 1935, this 14-and-a-half acre conservation site is an outdoor living museum of native plants and animals offering self-guided tours, boardwalks, nature trails, observation sites, a one-and-a-half-acre butterfly garden, wetlands, and one of the last frost-free tropical hammocks in the continental United States. The garden is open from 10 AM - 4 PM, 7 days a week (except Christmas and New Years). Extended hours during the annual bird migration.
