The Inland Groves Property is located adjacent to Lake Minneola and Lake Hiawatha, which are part of the Clermont Chain of Lakes. This 220-acre passive nature park extends the Lake Minneola-Clermont Scenic Trail and includes many amenities including two dog parks (one for dogs weighing more than 25 lbs. and second for smaller dogs), a playground with a working old-fashioned water tower, hiking and biking trails and a picnic pavilion.
