Moore's Creek Linear Park
This 6.5 acre park is located in central Fort Pierce within the City's Lincoln Park Historic District. Moore's Creek flows into the Indian River Lagoon, connecting directly to the Indian River Aquatic Preserve. This neighborhood was one of the first to be developed in Fort Pierce and the City will use the park as part of a long term plan to revitalize the neighborhood and extend existing open space in the community. Fort Pierce restored the creek to a more natural state to help alleviate flooding and water quality issues, and the park offers wildlife observation overlooks, benches, and a multi-use trail.
