Nease Beachfront Park

The property is located on State Road A1A in North Vilano Beach, and is within a designated community redevelopment area. The 3-acre site includes the historic home of Allen Nease, known as Florida's "Johnny Pine Tree."
The County will develop the Nease home as a museum, and will provide a nature trail, boardwalk, and wildlife observation platform.
