Sunny Lakes Trailhead and Conservation Park

The project is located in the Town of Davie in southwestern Broward County. The project is situated around a man-made lake and will provide fishing, observation, and canoe access. The applicant proposes to convert two existing structures into environmental education buildings. The applicant is proposing to enhance the shoreline of the lake by creating littoral zones and planting wetland vegetation. Invasive exotic vegetation will be removed and native landscaping will be planted.
