Plantation Tropical Nature Preserve

Plantation Tropical Nature Preserve is a 3.5 acre park located in Islamorada, Village of Islands, that is open to the public from sunrise to sunset. This neighborhood park contains a rare segment of Rockland Hammock and is located adjacent to a canal which provides public access to Tavernier Creek, the Florida Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, Plantation Tropical Nature Preserve is home to the Children's Memorial Garden and a butterfly garden, a place where the community can come to enjoy the natural beauty, quiet and solitude the park provides.
